Offenso Online is an e-learning platform. We sell digital, self-paced online courses — there are no physical goods, and nothing is ever shipped, couriered or delivered to a postal address.
This policy explains how and when you receive access to what you buy.
No physical shipping
All products sold on our platform are digital course enrollments. We do not ship any physical items, and therefore:
- No shipping address is required to complete a purchase.
- No shipping, courier or handling charges are ever collected.
- No tracking number, courier partner or delivery date applies to any order.
How your course is delivered
Delivery is electronic and immediate. As soon as your payment is confirmed:
- The course is unlocked instantly on your Offenso account.
- A confirmation email is sent to the address used at checkout.
- You can start learning right away from your dashboard.
Access is granted within minutes. In rare cases where a payment needs manual verification by the bank or gateway, activation may take up to 24 hours.
Accessing your course
- Log in at offensonline.com/dashboard with the account you purchased with.
- All purchased courses appear under Enrolled Courses.
- Courses are streamed online, so you need an internet connection and a supported browser.
- For hands-on practice, a laptop with an i5 processor and 8GB RAM is recommended so you can run virtual machines.
Validity and course materials
There is no fixed validity on our self-paced courses — you keep lifetime access to what you purchase and may revisit it at any time.
Supporting materials such as labs, machines, PDFs and study resources are provided digitally within the course and are not shipped separately.
If you cannot access your course
If your course has not appeared shortly after payment, please check the following first:
- You are logged in with the same email address used at checkout.
- The payment completed successfully and was not left pending at the gateway.
- Your confirmation email has not landed in spam or promotions.
If access is still missing, email offensonline@gmail.com with your registered email ID and order or transaction ID and we will resolve it promptly.
Refunds
Because delivery is digital and immediate, cancellations and refunds are governed separately by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
