This policy outlines Offenso Online’s practices in relation to the storage, use, processing and disclosure of personal data that you share with us when you use the products and services offered on or through the platform.

The data we collect about you

- Transaction data — details of the services you have availed and limited payment details shared by our partner payment aggregator, including UPI and VPA details.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, ISP, operating system, access time, page views, device ID and type, activity on the platform, clicks, timestamps and location data.
- Usage data — how you use the services, purchase history, interests, time spent and page views.
- Marketing and communications data — your preferences for receiving marketing from us and our partners.
We also use aggregated data such as statistical or demographic data. Aggregated data is not personal data under law as it does not identify you. If we combine it with your personal data so that it can identify you, we treat the combined data as personal data.
If you refuse to provide personal data: where we need it by law or under a contract and you do not provide it, we may not be able to provide the services, and may have to cancel or limit your access.

We use cookies to enable sessions, remember your preferences, track advertisements and compile aggregate data about traffic and interaction so we can improve the experience. Third-party providers who assist us may not use that information except to help us run and improve our business.
Data security

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. We are not responsible for unauthorised use of your information, lost or compromised passwords, or account activity resulting from such disclosure. If your password has been compromised, notify us promptly.

User generated content
Content you post — comments, feedback, pictures — will be visible to all visitors and may become public. Business transitions
In the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our assets, your personal data might be among the assets transferred.
